In the early 2000's, Tylor began his arts career as a vocalist in the Alberta Prairies. It has since taken him to England, and now Toronto, where he works in film & TV and runs a Toronto singing school, Out There Singing, which is aimed at training and empowering queer voices.
He's written and performed in numerous cabarets, plays, and musicals, and has begun development on a made-for-TV musical with Juno Winner & Grammy Nominee Pablosky Rosales, from the Cuban band Cubanismo. The musical expresses his experience as a Non-Binary person, raised in a repressive region.
